*Shea’s partial R² test

I am trying to perform the Shea's Partial R2 test for my instrument, as I am applying 2SLS model.

I have tried to sereach how to apply this test but no findings.
Accordingly,
I am trying to understand how to perform the Shea’s partial R² test.
could you please guide me with commands
I need it for doing a revision.
I am using Stata.15
